General

Yard parking lot nr 27 is for appartment D 14. There is no parking place for quests on yard. Quests must park on street according to traffic signs. The middle path is a rescue parh where parking is prohibited. Appartment key and the "safety key" are at service company L&T. There is a garden tool storage room at mailbox house with separate key ("old" Abloy-key, "Mom's key"). Garden tools and mashines are for inhabitants common use at own responsibility and care of.

Snow, shovel on door front (north side)

Resident is responsible for snow to the width of the appartment. Inhabitants cut the lawns and the hedges. The service company makes only a mechanized snow and sand-dwelling on the middle path and on the parking place area. If and when you do sand-dwelling in front of the appartment, must you clean the sand at spring yourself. There should be sand for dwelling at the garden tool storage. There are common garden woking day at the Autumn and Spring. It is strongly recommended to take part of the garden day.

Private courtyard (south side)

Resident takes care of yard until the wall.

The side wall side of the yard is a "natural flower meadow" which needs no other tratment than cutting and collegting the waste away once in August or September.

Board fence side is "the original Lawn" :-) you will be happy to take care of the it as grass lawn. In front of the side fence is "yellow daisy" (in Finnish kevät vuohenjuuri). Next has become accidentally a red flower.

4 ' x 4 ' trees are for hammock, the between metal pipe is for hanging plants and carpet ventilating. The wall side tree has angel wings.

Outdoor storage

Outdoor storage is totally outside air temperature.

Green carpet I used to keep shoe area. The heater may not screw closed.

Air ventilation pipe is in the back wall. It may not be covered or otherwise make harm to air ventilation. The whole appartment pipeline incomes (cold and warm water and their switch) are in a box at the corner below the window

Bathroom, sauna

Bathroom furniture (WC seat, sink) and sauna stove are original from year 1988 The shower curtain is water resistant plastic and that is why the curtain must hold closed for getting it to dry. Floor drain clearance is the responsibility of the inhabitants. Mirror cabinet electrical plug is not plugged in. I hope that the washing machine water faucet is open only when the laundry machine is running Sauna ventilation pipe (incoming air) is under the stove. It shold be always open 1-7 cm; except when the stove is heating. When taking sauna it should be open again to get air to breath. The heater under the sauna seat is not adjustable and can not close. Underfloor electrical heating must be turned on always.

Kitchen

I wish that the fridge-freezer is defrosted and cleaned 1-3 times a year. I used to do this at the winter time (January) when I got he frozen food out to wait for. I hope the dishwasher machine faucet is open only when the dishwasher is running. The kitchen furniture (cupboards, tables) are original from year 1988. Fridge-freezer and dish washer are less than 10 years old. The dishwasher is on the inhabitats responsibility. STOVE FAN switch controls the whole appartment air ventilation and is necessary to be always on switch 1 or 2. When taking a shower or sauna, switch to 3 or 4. The stove fan switch is directry connected to air aspirator on roof. The metal grating should be cleaned from grease and dust with for example boiling water, every now and then.

Living room

The socket above the window and outside light are connected to living room switch on wall. The door to the courtyard is quite loose and crooked, and it is a reason to pull carefully the top and at the bottom of the door closed.

Television

Television uses terrestrial antenna and "old fashion" analog satellite dish, whish is not any longer maintained. There in no cable television. Resident needs to have his or her own digibox or digi-tv (terrestrial) and antenna signal amplifier as effective as possible.

Bedroom

The only replacement air ventilator is below the window. It is necessary to have at least a little open always except when it's really cold and freezing wather.

Flooring

Floors are parquet, whitch means the gaps are living accoding the seasons (humidity, temperature).
